OCTOBER 2010 - Editorial

We are very excited to have the mega talented Katie Noonan on our front cover and this month Ben Sorensen talks to Katie about the things which make her heart sing.
Perfect really, considering this month’s theme is, ‘From the Heart’. So what pulls at your heart strings? What makes your heart sing and what makes your heart feel heavy? Or do you feel disconnected from your heart?
It’s often not until something out of the ordinary comes along and takes us by surprise (and affects perhaps our loved ones), that we realise how much they mean to us and this helps us turn within. Sometimes we just need to let our feelings come to the surface so this creates movement, which can help us to express our love more authentically. But we don’t need to wait till things ‘happen to us’ to do this….we can be open and willing to express what’s in our heart right now- without wondering what we might receive in return. With much love!
P.S Don’t forget it’s Pinktober this month!
P.P.S Does anyone use P.S any more? I suppose the new initials are O.M.T (One More Thing) lol….Something else that’s close to my heart is treading lightly on our beautiful earth-We were previously using a paper primarily from recycled sugar cane pulp but now we are using a paper which is carbon neutral.
Did you know our local, Australian owned printery, use green processes and soy based inks?
So lots of green ticks all around for Holistic Bliss!!!
Vanessa
