Dear Miriam, I have a problem with sugar, I love it, I crave it and I can’t get enough of it.   I eat biscuits, cake and dried fruit everyday, I know its bad for me, but I can’t stop, I’m like a woman possessed!  What can I do?

Dear Fiona,

There are 3 main reasons why we crave sugar. 1) We are mineral deficient.  2) We have an over-growth of Candida albicans, a fungus in our system which feeds off sugar, and makes you crave it.  3) For emotional comfort, when our lives are stressful, and when there is a lack of sweetness (love) if our lives.
