MAY 2011 - Editorial
They say change is as good as a holiday, but for most of us change is really something that is just a natural part of life. It’s a way to grow and evolve….although, there are things we need to work through and things we need to let go of in order to change. If we chose not to embrace change, then the universe usually presents us with something where it becomes more and more difficult to resist this process…sound familiar??
This month many of our articles reflect and comment on ‘change’ in the community and some of our writers discuss variations on this theme.
Sue Joseph the owner/operator of ‘Daisy’s Place’ is our gorgeous cover girl this month, and no stranger to the process of change. What she has created will not only change the face of the restaurant industry (and generate jobs for locals), it will also change our experience of dining out, which will be remembered for posterity. Read the interview ‘Daisy’s Place in Full Bloom’ on page 4 and 5.
